Following Services provided by the Neurosurgery Department:-

 

·         OPD services three days a week

·         Routine OT services three days a week

·         Emergency services for the head injured patients seven days a week

·         Emergency OT services seven days a week

·         Six bedded ICU equipped with two ventilators and six monitors

·         Twenty bedded general wards having four monitors

 

·         OPD services                                      -              Monday, Wednesday and Friday

·         Indoor services.                -              All days

·         Emergency services                        -              All days

·         Routine OT services                        -              Tuesday. Thursday and Saturday

·         Emergency OT services  -              All days

·         ICU services                                        -              All days (only neurosurgical patients)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Different type of surgeries performed:-

 

·         Brain tumor surgeries

·         Neurovascular surgeries

·         Skull base surgery

·         Neuro-endoscopic surgeries

·         Pediatric neurosurgery

·         All spine surgeries including cranio-vertebral junction

·         All trauma surgeries

 

Protocol for admission:-

 

Patients are evaluated in the OPD and if they need surgery they are paced on a waiting list on first-come-first-serve basis.
